Shipping Policy

Citi Computers primarily provides in-store, onsite, and local service. We do not operate a general ecommerce shipping service unless a delivery arrangement is expressly confirmed for a particular order.

Service visits and local delivery

Home or office visits are scheduled by mutual confirmation. Where local collection or delivery is offered, timing, charges, and handover details are confirmed before dispatch.

Equipment handover

Devices are returned to the customer or an authorised recipient at the agreed location. Please inspect the equipment at handover and retain the invoice or service record.

Delays and availability

Delivery and repair timing may depend on part availability, supplier lead times, service access, and conditions outside our control. We will communicate material changes as soon as practical.
